"Poor care and experience"

I have received poor communication from the consultant repeatedly - in the end not explaining why the consultant wasn't able to do a procedure even after putting me under general anaesthetic. Several days afterwards I am still bleeding and in pain with no explanation as to what they did. I can only get an appointment in 4 months so am left feeling terrible and in despair. Complete disorganisation in the time I have been with the department - been asked to go in for appointments twice without needing to and initial operation date changed at short notice due to their holiday. Poor treatment, lack of empathy and care all round. Avoid if you can!
