What I liked

Some of the staff were execeptionally professional, polite and helpful, especially junior staff suh as auxilliaries and ward hostesses

What could be improved

Communication, pain relief, treatment and lazy nurses letting other hard working ones down

I was amazed at how many basic mistakes were made, like not washing hands.

There were nurses doing the work of two or three, where other were lazy and ingnorant, the sisters were ineffective and lacked the capability of manageing staff. Some qualified staff treat lower grades as scivvies and instead of helping so patients were comfortable and well cared for sat back and left things for auxiliaries to deal with, so they could pander to ther own needs such as eating and picking their finger nails.
