Referred by GP and told to go via A&E. After a 3 hour wait and an enquiry I was eventually given a letter to present to ENT. When I got there I was unapologetically told the department was closed!!
I'd been kept in A&E for that length of time and only shown to the department once it was closed. Sums up the nhs, bring on privatisation!!!
