"Very satisifed with my treatment"

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

I was taken in last Thursday after a fall at home.

I was not left waiting for any more than twenty minutes at every step of the procedure!

From entering via ambulance to leaving with a plaster cast in place was around two and a half hours.

My follow up appointment was due in around two weeks but when I explained that I was hoping to go on holiday soon, the staff on reception and in the fracture clinic went beyond the call of duty to help me. The ambulance crew and veryone in the clinic were extremely nice to me and I was feeling not only stupid but in great pain. They cheered me up with their sympathy and professionalism.

Thank God I live in the area!

Dear Marjorie

We are sorry to hear about your fall and hope that you are recovering well. We are very happy that our Emergency Team along with the Ambulance Service were able to come to your aid.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We have sent your kind words to the Emergency Department and the Plaster Team who cared for you.

Wishing you all the best Barts Health NHS Trust
