"They don't care what kind of people work for them"

About: Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital

I tried to make a complaint about a staff member over and over again and was transferred through to random people that couldn't deal with it, then I received an email saying they consider the matter closed even though they did nothing and the receptionists are the cheekiest I've ever spoken to. Worst hospital ever.
