"My wife's experience in Watford general hospital"

My wife is being discharged today and has been waiting for the drugs she requires for ages. So we are still sitting in the day room on the ward and have been for over 3.5 hours. My wife has been ready to go since 10am.

I think it's disgusting to leave patients to wait so long. Even though it would be quicker to go and get them ourselves, the excuse is that it would cost the NHS too much. No wonder the NHS is going to pot.
