"Very Impressive Weekend service"

About: Witney Community Hospital

Very impressed.

Called the NHS line with bad kidney pains at 6.50pm on a Saturday afternoon to be told I need to go straight to Witney Minor Injuries. They made an appointment for me for 7.10pm. The staff were expecting me on arrival and I went straight in to see a doctor. The doctor gave me a through examination and even called the John Radcliffe to see if I needed to go straight there for a scan.

Luckily I did not.

They suggested I called my doctor on the Monday as I needed further treatment.

My doctor actually called me Monday am and had received all the notes from the Minor Injuries already.

I have since had a scan, seen a specialist and have further appointments booked for the 20th November.

All completed in less than 6 weeks! Exemplary services all round.
