"ENT Department - a one day a week operation"

I asked for an ENT appointment regarding a long-term nasal problem. I received an appointment for a Tuesday, a day I always have to work and asked if it could be changed to another day of the week. I was told no it couldn't because ENT only worked on Tuesdays.

Maybe the ENT department of the Royal Sussex hospital should come into the twenty-first century and actually allow the patients who use its services to have appointments on more than one day a week!
