I was pleased on arrival to ENT reception that I was greeted immediately and my details taken very quickly and I was offered a seat, I was not left waiting at reception as I was in my previous experience and am glad that the management responded to my comments and said they would look into the problem after my previous review.
Thank you Medway Hospital for listening, my experience was much better.
