About: New Cross Hospital

My father stayed here after a heart attack and the staff nurses didn't communicate about what treatment was given or after care. They are very busy talking with themselves and neglect patients. Was calling for an update for 2 hours and no answer. Giving painkillers without the patient been in pain. Just to make them drowsy and sleep.
