Having to come into the hospital for an x ray , the first person l had contact with was the receptionist on the front desk at X ray.
The receptionist was very abrupt and verging on rude, not a friendly kind face, very short with me with hardly any eye contact or smiles.
The X ray nurses were absolutely fab, polite friendly and l could not fault them.
"Receptionist not friendly or polite"
