I visited the phlebotomy walk-in clinic today at King's hospital. Really efficient - took a ticket and waited less then 45 mins. The phlebotomist I saw was so kind! They took my bloods really quickly and efficiently, and spent most of their time reassuring me (I was quite upset). All in all, an excellent service. Thank you wonderful King's. Keep up the great work.

Thank you very much for your positive feedback. I will let the manager know how supportive the phlebotomy staff were in reassuring you and getting your blood taken quickly.
