I went to the A&E department for a head injury and I was put at ease straight away and felt as if I was in very capable hands. The doctors and nurses were very polite and friendly. Fortunately my injury wasn't serious but I was given good information and care from the A&E Doctor. So I'd like to say thank you to all the staff that helped me and that I am very grateful for the quality of care I received,
