"not impressed"

About: Royal Preston Hospital

Me and my partner took our five week old baby girl to the primary care unit at The royal Preston hospital. We arrived at 9.30pm and we had to wait an hour to see the doctor. They then sent us to the childrens ward were we then had to wait till 5.30am just to be seen by the doctor. We then had to wait even longer for blood test results to come back. The waiting area was very unclean and untidy. Some children had to go to sleep on the floor even tho there were beds available. I think its a disgrace and I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone
