"Disastrous"

About: Watford General Hospital

My diebetic mother (type1) brought into to hospital at 730pm by ambulance, finally admitted at 1045pm. Let her sugars fall to 0.3. Asked her to pass phone to staff, nurse passed phone to senior sister, advised by them that if I was so concerned I should come down (despite me being in Scotlandl) and hung up on me. Absolutely disgusted at the care, service, lack of respect. Finally talked to a Consultant who advised the blood tests had been done and were normal but Mum advised no blood test had been done yet as nurse couldn't take blood. What is going on in this place? She nearly had a fit, humungois waiting times. Everyone screaming, crying, then sister went to my mum and hissed at her about how rude her daughter was.
