"Didn't feel welcome"

About: Dilke Memorial Hospital

Staff at minor injuries unit huffed and puffed because I'd neither called 111 or my GP out of hours before attending with my 18 month old at 10.30 at night. If this is the procedure to follow then the text on your website is misleading. It mentions treatment of minor illnesses with no appointment necessary. It doesn't mention anywhere that you should be referred by 111 or your doctor.
