i was very satisfied with the time i had to wait for an appointment and the very friendly reception staff.unfortunatley my appointment left me more confused and frustrated after i had spoken to the dr.yes they gave me a physical examination after i gave them my symptoms and years of my medical history.then they mentioned neurological function disorder wich i had never heard of and mentioned maybe i could see a phsycologist.on three seperate occasions i tried to ask a question and they just carried on writing without looking are answering me.i had taken my sister who is a very intelligent solicitor.and when she asked if there could be a follow up apt they were quite rude when they said no.i acctualy felt very let down and upset at how i had been made to feel and no information are a leaflet to explain what they had said they thought my problems were. i am now thinking of going to see paying for a private consultation with a neurologist as i am not certain i recieved the best treatment.
