I've had to visit Caterham Dene recently and on a number of occasions over the last few years for myself and members of my family.
I really do admire all the members of staff I had contact with for their courtesy, helpfulness, organisation - never seems to be a long wait - and professional ability.
I have always left feeling confident in the care I have been given and the very clear advice on further care.
Well done.
Lovely to see the NHS working so efficiently.
