"Excellent care at the day surgery unit"

About: Axminster Hospital

I attended this morning for a sigmoidoscopy and was greeted by a Staff Nurse. The care and thoughtfulness of the staff nurse and the other staff was wonderful, putting my mind at ease straight away. Given the nature of the procedure I was apprehensive but they made the whole procedure far more bearable. The consultant was also very good explaining what was going on and any options.

I can't fault the service from beginning to end - thank you all so much you do a great job.

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback on the website. I was very pleased to learn that you had such a good experience when attending Axminster Hospital for your procedure. It is always an anxious time for patients and it was really good to see that you were put at ease.
