What I liked

Health care assistant was very pleasant.

What could be improved

Dr ???? was very rude, had an arogant manner. He was very personal about my medication and assumed i was unemployed and unmotivated because of my circumstances and my age. this then brought me to tears, he was very ignorant and not very understanding. Consultants should remember that without patients, nurses and healthcare assistants they wouldn't have a job at all.

Anything else?

I would not be happy or feel comfortable going back to see this doctor for another appointment. I will be getting in contact with my GP to be refferred to another consultant.
