About: Bishop Auckland Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

From my first appointment to being discharged i was treat with courtesy and at no time felt that i was just a number on a conveyor belt of treatment.I was kept informed of what was to be done and when a berevement meant a cancellation of my original operation alternative dates were arranged within days.Every member of staff who i came into contact with ,both nursing and aftercare were freindly, efficient and careing. I cannot speak too highly of this hospital. Finally a thank you to the surgeon as i feel sure that my total lack of pain and discomfort is down to his skill

What could be improved

nothing

Anything else?

the cleanliness in this hospital should be the normal standard everywhere however my limited experience in Darlington Memorial shows this is not the case
