"Excellent A &E care"

I recently brought my baby here and was really impressed with the efficiency, the care and the communication. The A& E receptionist was smiling and friendly.

We had just a short wait before being taken to a cubicle and assessed by a paediatric nurse.

The staff were all friendly and reassuring. They communicated regularly and explained exactly what was happening and why.

We were given plenty of time by both the nurse and the registrar to ask questions and were given clear answers.

In what could have been a very stressful time, we felt confident in the staff and they reduced the stress significantly.
