"Medical Specialities Appointment - 13th...."

I have been visiting this department for a number of years and in the past

I have had cause to complain ; so when my latest visit proved to be an excellent one , I thought it only right to register my extreme satisfaction.

I was seen by the doctor and my appointment took place at the exact time it was due. The content of the appointment was excellent throughout , the questions and body checks were extremely thorough and were conducted in a polite ; courteous and friendly manner.

The nursing staff , the reception staff and the check out staff were also very polite ; friendly and helpful.

I left the department with a feeling of satisfaction and well being , a five star experience , ten out of ten for all concerned.
