I was referred to the Macillofacial surgery to be seen by a Consultant, unfortunately I had to be seen by one of his straff dentist. I've been in severe pain after treatments at the Restorative for build ups a couple of years ago, my jaw is not aligned and cracks now my mouth opens to one side ever since.
As soon as I was called in the dentist sat me by their desk and told me I need to be referred to the Restorative, i told them my spinal surgeon suggested I be seen by max fax as my jaw misalignment could be the the cause of me having neck and arm pain. I also told them I have been back to the Restorative consultant but they did not do any adjustments to my crowns.
The dentist did not even look in my mouth or look at my jaw relationship or take X-rays. I couldn't even explain my problems they just spoke over me, was straight to the point and their mind was made up.
I now have to go back to my dentist to be referred to restorative which could take months! This was the worst dentist I have been seen by, absolutely careless.
