"Superb care by A and E 14th October 2015"

About: West Cumberland Hospital

I accompanied my wife who attended A and E because of a problem. Dr on duty in A and E on the early hours of the morning on the 14th October. I would just like to commend the Dr for an excellent bed side manner, description of what he was doing and his treatment of my wife. The explanation of care and treatment for my wife was superb.

Thank you for the service I have never had such high quality care in any hospital.

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments regarding the care your wife received at West Cumberland Hospital. I do understand how concerning it can be when you or a loved one needs to attend A&E. I am really pleased to hear how well the Doctor cared for your wife as the manner and attitude can make such a difference.

I do hope your wife is recovering well and I will pass your comments to the manager for sharing with the staff.
