"Excellent care and treatment"

I have had many outpatient appointments at Goring Hall over the last 6 months and two admissions for surgery and have always been impressed with my treatment. Staff have been friendly and approachable and I have felt able to voice questions and concerns. I appreciated attending a smaller hospital where parking was easy and waiting times were short and in pleasant surroundings.

I would particularly like to highlight the work of my Doctor - his skill in surgery and also his reassuring manner. I would also like to mention the physiotherapy department. The staff member there showed excellent professional skill, combined with a genuine interest in me as a person. I appreciated that I was called me by my first name and I will miss having appointments there. They took the time to visit me on the ward after surgery and also phoned me at home to see how I was progressing.

The nurses were consistently professional and friendly.Overall I have been very pleased with my treatment and would recommend Goring Hall to others.
