About: Tolworth Hospital / Memory clinic

(as a relative),

My mother in law has been attending this clinic for the last few years. Always greeted with a friendly smile from all the staff.

Neil has treated my mother in law with respect and dignity. He has put her at ease at every appointment, making her less anxious than she can be at times. She is now discharged and in the care of her GP.

We would both like to say a huge thank you to Neil for all the care and compassion he has shown my mother in law at all times.
