"My healthcare in danger and now suffering anxiety"

I am currently an inpaiteint at ESH and being victamiaed by a single member of staff at writing this. I'm currently been waiting 7.5 hours to have my cannular replaced after two failed attempts by ward sister.

When. I followed up with the said nurse as to when I can expect a replaced cannular as I was now three hours late taking my IV antibiotics she said she would chase up the doctor as he was still in a meeting ! 5 minutes later the nurse returned to my bed and stated the doctor advised that I no longer required a cannular and he hasn't even examined me let alone seen me ! I eventually found this doctor and after suggesting to him that we move this heated confrontation and act like professional individuals. He attended my bed side and apologised for his earlier public displayed confrontation as he mentioned he was having a bad day. ! I suffer with depression and currently laying on my bed of anxiety... I have just had the said nurse now hand me over to the evening staff nurse. Thankfully I have previously experienced professional healthcare from this nurse.. Oh and the whole ward witnessed my lack of healthcare...
