After seeing the GP today my father was referred to the ENT department for a minor procedure. On arrival we were signposted to ward A2 . Although the staff were not expecting us my father was seen within 10 minutes by a Doctor.
10 minutes later we were on our way home( didn't even have to pay for the car parking).
