I attended the Orthopaedic Outpatients Dept today and was very impressed with the service I received. I was expecting it to take much longer, but I was seen very promptly. The Consultant I saw introduced herself and was pleasant and friendly. I felt very relaxed and able to talk to her without feeling rushed. She dealt with me in a very patient and professional manner.
The nurse also was extremely helpful.
Overall I was very impressed with the treatment and advice I received from all the staff and have no complaints at all.
