"Only one to help"

About: Frome Community Hospital

I tried 111, they refused to help. My local hospital got it wrong. Tried Anodver they didn't have a doctor, then went to Warminster, couldn't help and finally ended up in frome minor injuries. Not only did they help, they gave me the correct treatment. The staff were kind, helpful, courteous and professional. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being high, I'll have to score the staff 12!

I am really sorry that you had such difficulty in accessing the right treatment from your local hospital, and the 111 service, but I am very pleased to read that our MIU was able to help you, and that our staff were helpful, courteous and professinal.

Its aways nice to receive comments of a positive nature and adds balance to the comments that are less so, which we receive from time to time.

I will share your positive comments with the manager for MIU's and the Lead nurse at the hospital.

Once again, many thanks for your comments, and I hope that you are well on the way to recovery.
