Awaiting MRI results for 2 months now, no response from OCAS, they never answer the phone when called and often I get hung up on. I've had no letter explaining what's going on, yet I know my MRI was reported on a month ago. I understand the workload of the team is probably huge, but there is no excuse for poor communication.
