(as a relative),

My husband needed aid, as he had a stroke and lost use of one of his legs and one arm. We called the ambulance service and they contacted the hospital and took us to A&E. The ambulance staff was incredibly helpful and helped us greatly when we needed it. Thank you!

Thank you for taking the time to give our service feedback. I hope your husband is recovering well.

It is always so very rewarding to hear stories of our staff delivering excellent care to patients when they need it most.
