About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as a relative),

My husband needed aid, as he had a stroke and lost use of one of his legs and one arm. We called the ambulance service and they contacted the hospital and took us to A&E. The ambulance staff was incredibly helpful and helped us greatly when we needed it. Thank you!

Hi Moon573

Thank you for taking the time to give our service feedback. I hope your husband is recovering well.

It is always so very rewarding to hear stories of our staff delivering excellent care to patients when they need it most.

We would be very happy to share your comments with the ambulance staff involved in your husband's care. However, in order to do this we need a little more specific information. If you would like us to do this, may I ask you to contact our Patient Engagement team on either plaudits@swast.nhs.uk or 01392 453831 and a member of the team will help you further.

Thank you, again, for taking the time to share your story.

Sara
