"Superior Hospital"

My Uncle Athur was taken to the Patrick Stead from his home on 11/10/15

I am amazed at the difference with the communication from the Staff.

It was very refreshing to speak with staff who where friendly and informative.

I have been involved with several different hospitals since 2007 due to members of my family (as well as myself) being ill. I have visited hospitals in Great Yarmouth, Norwich and London and been involved in the care of relations, and have had stressful experiences. The communication from the staff in your hospital is far superior than any of the other hospitals I mentioned.

I thank the staff so much for for their positive and stress free attitude.

If all hospitals were as easy to deal with then our NHS could hold its head up high.
