I attended the hand clinic for a finger operation recently. Throughout my visit the staff were superb. Friendly and reassuring, yet professional at all times.
The surgical team were very down to earth and didn't baffle me with technical jargon.
The whole experience was very positive, including excellent post-op advice.
I'm just looking forward to getting the bandages off and being able to use my hand properly again :)
