The hospital was a complete shambles. Whilst some of the nurses are were excellent, there was no communication between shift change staff. Management far too "busy" to care!

My mother was unable to walk unaided, had sickness and diarrhea yet would have to wait up to 20-30 minutes for assistance after pressing the call button. In 3 and 1/2 weeks she was offered a shower only twice!
