I have just been into Chapel Allerton for a full hip replacement. From the initial consultations to being discharged I felt everything ran very smoothly.
All the staff involved in my care while I was there came across as being friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in making sure anything i needed or asked for was sorted.
The cleanliness of the hospital was top notch and at no point did I see any dirt or marks left for any length of time - they were attended to straight away.
Having been lucky enough not to have had to stop in hospital before, it opened my eyes as to how some patients treat the staff while they are in there. The staff were constantly having requests made to them (which i appreciate is their job), however at no point did i feel that anything was too much trouble.
Overall a big thumbs up to the whole orthopedic team for the operation and after care - thank you.
