What I liked The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. clean environment What could be improved? The Doctor I saw was dismissive of any symptoms I had. He had a trainee doctor with him and only seemed interested in proving why antibiotics are not given. I had dragged myself there on Sunday morning as I'd been ill since Friday. He said that my chest was clear - however, I managed to see my own doctor on Tuesday morning who gave me antibiotics for a respiratory tract infection. I thus wasted time and energy and ultimately delayed treatment.
