I recently had eye surgery under the care of the doctor.
From visiting my GP to being in the operating theatre took only five days which is quite remarkable by any standards and a great credit to QMC and our much maligned NHS.
From first visiting Eye Casualty the friendliness and professionalism of all staff with whom I came into contact spoke of a high quality and well led organisation. I mean "all staff" quite literally including anaesthetics, porters, cardiology, cleaners, and
X Ray as well as the doctor's team.
If you can use these comments to say "Well done and thank you" to your staff then please do
