About: Royal Stoke University Hospital

Have just received an appointment for my wife. On your website you say that the average waiting time is 57 days. My wife referral was 8th September2015. The appointment given is 18th March 2016. What happened to the 57 days? Not a very good example for you. It looks as if another official complaint is required.
