My husband has been admitted to A&E twice recently and we cannot praise the department enough.

He was treated quickly and efficiently and with the utmost kindness. Because my husband has complex problems we have to travel from Bedford and all the doctors and nursing staff could not be more caring from the moment we arrive. All aspects of his treatment are explained fully to him and he is always asked to question anything he needs to. Each visit to A&E has resulted in a transfer to a ward which was completed without delay. Addenbrookes is far from inadequate and as my husband has been attending Addenbrookes for over nine years I feel we are more than qualified to give an excellent review for a truly wonderful hospital. Thank you all.
