"Total lack of empathy, rude and abrupt"

The person I saw in Spinal Diagnostics was rude, abrupt and had a total lack of empathy. I have been in pain for over a year and no one can tell me why. When I asked why I was in pain the person said they didn't know and they said I was taking it out on them when I was only asking them why. I started to cry due to the stress of the whole situation and the person just stared at me and continued to sit there afterwards no saying anything. Worst experience ever. The person said they had been doing this 12 years! Definitely choose a different hospital if you can!!! I have left still none the wiser as to why I am in pain or what is going to happen now, I am taking days off work due to the pain and stress this is a total nightmare!
