I visited the Minor Injuries Unit on 28th September 2015.
The receptionist was extremely welcoming and helpful. After a two hour wait I was seen by a member of staff who was very pleasant, thorough and explained everything. Their sense of humour was appreciated.
I did not feel I was being rushed through. .X-Rays were taken of my wrist. The radiographer was extremely pleasant.
I returned 10 days later for a follow-up appointment and was seen by a member of staff who again was very charming and thorough. More X-Rays were taken by another very understanding radiographer.
Overall I could not have wished for better treatment.
