Recently my father visited the doctor's clinic with a suspected growth. I cannot stress enough about the compassion, professionalism, attention to detail and the smile the doctor showed to my father and our family. If human beings like them are at your hospital then nobody can fault it. What a great ambassador to the health service and truly he should be the champion for your organisation.
