"Brilliant service and staff"

I had to visit A&E today for the first time in 20 years. I have private medical cover from my employee work scheme, so I was a little apprehensive about what to expect here. However everything ran smoothly. The staff in A&E were all brilliant. They were professional, helpful, friendly, caring, and so much more. TFL tube workers complain about pay and conditions, and yet the NHS staff here work harder, earn less, and have life or death in their hands. Pay them more! Anyway, a job well done. Thank you.
