"Too concerned about their own working conditions"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

Spent the whole time listening to nurses/assistants speaking outside the room about how bad their working conditions were. Buzzers weren't answered for 10 mins despite at the time there was a nursing assistant sat at the table outside the door and countless nurses walking past the room. Ward telephone never answered, despite visitors reporting seeing nurses speaking on their personal mobile phones.

There were 2 nurses there that appeared to actually care. The others just made you feel like you were a nuisance when you asked for help, for making their job harder.

I was satisfied about my care before I was admitted and before the operation, but not after.
