(as the patient),

I had not been feeling well. I got an emergency appointment with Dr Dick at Kilsyth Health centre.

The doctor was very thorough he took blood tests and advised me to take it easy until I got the blood results back. The GP called me on the Saturday to tell me that he was concerned about the blood tests results. The GP wrote a letter and advised me that I would be referred through accident and emergency on the Monday (today).

He rang me early this morning to say that he had arranged for me to go to the hospital he was very reassuring on the phone to me.

I’m sorry to hear that you haven’t been feeling well recently and I hope your investigations and treatment went to plan on Monday.
