Everything has been explained well, any questions have been answered efficiently. Leaflets were provided on treatment given, leaflet for family members with phone number and visiting times. Dear Maggie10

Thank you for taking the time to post your experience of Monklands Hospital, I am delighted to learn you have been given information regarding your condition and treatment and your family have also had the necessary information about the hospital.

Being clear about the treatment options for your condition allows you to participate in the decision making process with your clinical team and reduces any anxiety you may have whilst in hospital.

I wish you a speedy recovery.

Kind regards

Ruth
