"Care and politeness at MRI scan"

I Had to take my wife to x ray dept at Russells Hall yesterday. We had to be there for 1400 so the wife could have a MRI scan but had to have drinks of a special sort First.

I can't stress enough about the politeness kindness and calming mannerism from the gentleman I think if my memory serves me right was named Darrel who I believe is part of the MRI Team.

This gentleman really did do his job so professionally. While I was sitting with the wife waiting for her to go in to have a scan he told her exactly what was going to happen he could see how frightened and nervous she was. Once she had gone in this was now 15-45 his caring and kindness did not stop there. Darrel kept me up to date for a whole hour while she was in there and told me what was happening all the time and how my wife was coping.

This is the sort of person who you can tell is 100% dedicated to his work and helping people. Once again thank you Darrel, you are truly a professional in your work. Thank you.

Thank you for replying to me and also informing Darryl.I myself had a bad experience when I had a M R I so I do know how his kindness and gentle mannerisom really did help,Thank you all once again Stewe
