About: Alexandra Hospital

Attended 10th October in Endoscopy Unit for colonoscopy. Was treated with respect and dignity by committed Doctor and nursing staff and kept informed at all times.

i know some bad press has hit the headlines about this department but none of this can be levelled at the staff as I found the Unit to be spotless and the staff dedicated and caring towards my unusual particular needs. Special thanks to the consultant and nurses.

My advice to the Trust ? Ask the staff what they need to run and develop services and listen to them !
